US Airforce

Model Number Description Comments Issued - Deleted
AF001 USAAF Fighter Pilot - Wearing his "50 Mission Cap" with pride this young fighter jock looks pretty confident... And he looks great standing alongside a P51... a P38... or a powerful P47! 2009 - 2013
AF002 USAAF Pilot with Map - Another Army Air Corps pilot happy to be back on the ground again... or perhaps ready to take off on a little escort duty over Germany. 2009 - 2013
AF003 Captain Brett Cutler - This good-looking officer with movie star style is wearing the popular "Burberry Trench Coat" to ward off the damp and cold British weather. He's also sporting a crushed "50-Mission" hat as well. 2010 - 2012
AF004 Air Force MP's - Two, at attention, U.S. Military Policemen, easily identified by the arm brassards and all-white uniform accoutrements. 2010 - 2012
AF005 'Crew Chief' - A saluting NCO in service dress, clipboard in hand. 2010 - 2012
AF006 Army Air Corps Mechanics - Three different GI's going about their usual tasks on a busy airfield. 2010 - 2013
AF007 Lt. Dick Rabb - By D. Day this young fighter "jock" had 12 "kills" to his credit flying a plane called "HOT PANTS". 2010 - 2013
AF008 'The New Boy' - A newly-commissioned officer prepares to join his first squadron... always a nervous time. 2010 - 2013

AF010 Pointing MP - This "snowdrop" indicating the way around the airfield. 2010 - 2013
AF011 P.51B "Mustang" - This 1:30 scale polystone and metal model pays tribute to what many consider to be the finest fighter plane of WW2... the North American P.51 "Mustang". This "B" model aircraft is the razor-back version and is in the personal markings of Major (later Colonel) James H. Howard of the 354th.Fighter Group. Howard's "DING HAO" (The Best) sports 6 German "kills" plus 6 Japanese ones. Maj. Howard flew with the American "Flying Tigers" in China before America entered the war. He was the only U.S. fighter pilot in the European Theatre of Operations to win the Congressional Medal of Honour. This model comes with "gear down" and a figure of Maj. Howard in the cockpit. Planned Production: Just 500 of this particular model are being produced. Limited Edition 2010 -
AF012 The Republic P-47 Thunderbolt - This is the biggest and heaviest K&C Warbird yet... which is only fair because that's exactly what the "Jug" was in real life... the biggest, heaviest and meanest single engine fighter plane of WW2. Our K&C model belongs to the 6th. Emergency Rescue Squadron of the 8th. Air Force and was based at RAF Boxted in Southern England. As with all Allied aircraft during and just after D'Day it sports the highly visible black and white "invasion" stripes. It comes with gear fixed down and pilot in the cockpit. Its colourful markings make it a great and historic addition to any aircraft collection.
Please note... just 500 are being produced!
Limited Edition 2011 - 2012
AF014 Climbing Pilot - One foot resting on a metal ladder this USAAF pilot figure can be placed next to any of the K&C warbirds. 2011 - 2013
AF015 “Captain Donald J. Strait” - Don Strait flew with the 361st Fighter Squadron of the 356 Fighter Group and became their top ace with 131/2 victories… all but 3 of them flying the P51 “Mustang”. After WW2 he joined the New Jersey Air National Guard and served in Korea and retired in 1978 as a Major General. This new figure shows him picking up his parachute prior to mounting his “Mustang”. 2013 -
AF016 Ground Crewman on Bicycle - Useful on any airfield scene. 2011 - 2013
AF017 Crew Chief with Clipboard 2011 - 2013
AF018 Curtiss P40"Flying Tiger" - Originally intended to be part of very large order going to Britain’s Royal Air Force, 100 of the planes were separated out for the Flying Tigers in China. Still sporting British camouflage they were then adorned with the famous “Shark’s Teeth” insignia and a cartoon flying tiger courtesy of the Walt Disney Studio! This aircraft is in the personal #88 markings of former USMC pilot Kenneth A.Jernstedt who shot down 10.5 Japanese aircraft while flying and fighting with the “Tigers”. Planned Production Run: 250 aircraft.Limited Edition 2012 -

AF022 "Kneeling Pilot" - This kneeling pilot is listening intently to the briefing. 2013 -
AF023 “Capt. Lee ‘Buddy’ Archer” - The story of the first all-African American pilots in the U.S. Army Air Force has been told in books, documentaries and movies…Rarely, if at all, have they appeared in miniature…Until now…K&C have produced four separate items that pay tribute to the officers and men who had to overcome many obstacles just to be allowed to fly and fight for their country during WW2. 2013 -
AF024 Flying Tiger Pilot, David "Tex" Hill - One of the most famous of Tiger pilots “Tex” Hill had a long and distinguished flying career. Beginning in the U.S. Navy he flew dive bombers before being recruited by Claire Cheunault to fly in China. He shot down 12 Japanese aircraft with the Flying Tigers before transferring over to the U.S. Army Air Corps. Eventually “Tex” Hill retired as a Brigadier General in the U.S.A.F. many years later. This figure shows him consulting his map and wearing the leather flight jacket with the famous “blood-chit” on the back. 2012 - 2013
AF025 Flying Tiger Pilot, Kenneth A. Jernstedt - Ken Jernstedt was another “double-ace” while flying in China with the American Volunteer Group. AF030 “North American P.51D Mustang” - Of all the Mustangs that flew it was the “D” model that was the most famous….and most numerous with over 8,100 built and flown.Easily recognized by the bubble-top canopy it was the perfect escort fighter for the USAAF’s B17’s and B24’s bombing Hitler’s Third Reich. This latest K&C warbird belongs to the all-black 332nd Fighter Group, the famous “Red Tails” and is one of the 301st. Fighter Squadron’s P51’s. Nicknamed “Creamer’s Dream” it’s in typical late war natural metal finish except for the red nose and tail plus yellow wing stripes. Just 250 have been produced. Limited Edition 2013 -

In November 1941 he was given control of "Luftwaffe Sud'... the Southern Command of the Luftwaffe with responsibility for Italy, Sicily, Greece and North Africa. AK071 (SL) Hans-Joachim (Jochen) Marseille & his Bf 109 - "The Star of Africa" and, according to fellow German Air Ace General Adolf Galland, "one of the finest fighter pilots the world has ever seen". By the time he was killed in a flying accident in September 1942, Marseille had shot down 158 enemy aircraft, most of them in North Africa in an amazing sixteen month period. Another member of JG27 and flying the Messerschmitt Bf 109 "F" Marseille reached the zenith of his flying career when on September 1, 1942 he shot down 17 enemy aircraft during 3 combat sorties in a 24 hour period! This unique and memorable feat earned him "The Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds".During his all-too short career in North Africa he flew four different Bf 109 F models and it is one of these K&C has chosen to portray. This particular one features the colourful partly blood red tail complete with "kill" markings and light weathering. Just 999 of this very special STRICLY LIMITED "Jochen" Marseille Bf 109 are being produced. It comes with a detailed (and numbered) summary of Marseille's career and in a specially-designed box. A seated driver and assorted equipment can be seen as well. The perfect way to get around the desert (or a desert airfield). 2010 - 2013
AK073 Afrika Korps Airfield Hut - Obviously, one of the Allied Quonset/Nissen Huts obtained as a "spoil of war" by the Germans and put to good practical use! 2010 - 2012
AK074 Afrika Korps Volkswagen 2011 -
AK075 Carro Armato M13/40 Afrika Korps Version - The final version of the M13/40 from this "Series 250" group is the Afirka Korps version... Although all German forces usually much preferred their own weapons and vehicles in North Africa, because of constant lack of resupply, Rommels's men made much use of both captured Allied fighting vehicles and, on occasion, Italian vehicles too... This particular M13/40 comes with an AK commander and carrying German recognition signs. 2011 -
AK076 Afrika Korps Feldendarme 2011 - 2014
AK077 AK Captured Morris CS8 15cwt. Truck - As virtually everyone knows the German Army made much use of "captured" enemy vehicles throughout the war... Rommel's Afrika Korps were no exception! Here, complete with driver, is one of the "liberated" vehicles, the classic British Morris 15cwt. This truck still in its 8th Army colour scheme but with prominently displayed German crosses on the sides and on top of the engine. AK085 Daimler Dingo Armoured Car (Afrika Korps version) - As most AK collectors already know Rommel's forces were always drastically short of men, vehicles and supplies. However they were very adept at making much use of captured enemy vehicles, weapons and equipment whenever and wherever they could lay their hands on them... This former British vehicles although well-used and battle-weary has received large, prominent German crosses painted on it as well as a Nazi swastika flag pinned on top of its rear engine cover for aircraft recognition purposes. The model also includes an Afrika Korps driver as well as a separate MG34 machine gun. 2012 -

And this will be a welcome addition. 2013 -
AK093 “Sd.Kfz.251 Halftrack” - Another of those “iconic” German fighting vehicles that saw plenty of action on all battle fronts the Wehrmacht were involved in. This AK version comes with a driver and removable MG34 machine gun. 2013 -
AK094 "Panzer IV H" - This is the third and final version of this popular German tank... and it’s in "Dunkelgelb" which is German for "Dark Yellow". The "H" variant first appeared in 1943 and saw most service in that year and the following one. Following Rommel’s defeat in North Africa in May 1943 most of the Afrika Korps were captured some however did manage to reach Sicily and Italy and live to fight another day... Set includes the 1/2 body tank commander. 2011 - 2012
BBG050 'Winter Traffic' - With all this "heavy-metal" on the roads someone's got to keep the traffic moving... The familiar "chained-dog" of the Feldgendarmerie could be seen all German battlefields. 2011 -
BBG051 'The Sniper' - Taking a swift "smoke-break" this Waffen SS expert marksman prepares, once more, to take the fight to the enemy. Note the typical SS-issue "Parka" the Sniper is wearing... only distributed to members of the Waffen SS exclusively. 2011 -
BBG052 'Suspicious Trooper' - This soldier is carrying the brand-new German Assault Weapon... Only a few thousand were available for front-line troops fighting in the Ardennes. This model looks like he's just heard something and is about to investigate. 2011 -
BBG054 Sd. Kfz. 222 Armoured Car (Winter camouflage) - Another great version of a great-looking vehicle. Set includes a commander seen just inside the 222’s turret. 2012 - 2014

BBG060 'I hate this weather!' - Rifle slung over the shoulder and other hand thrust deep into his greatcoat pocket this soldier seems to say “I wish I was anywhere but here!” 2012 -

BBG062 Sergeant with MP40 - Machine Pistol at the ready this NCO knows some enemy might be in the vicinity. 2012 -
BBG065 Panzer IV H (Winter) - This is a great winterized version of the Panzer IV…This battle-weary Panzer already has its white-washed camouflage fading in places and its mud-smeared wheels and tracks provide evidence of its previous actions. The vehicle includes the tank commander figure. 2013 -
BBG066 2cm Flak 38 Gun and Gunner 2014 -
BBG067 Flak Gun Crew 2014 -
